Maria Kruschewsky

Paintings, monotypes, and engravings exploring material, memory, and gesture — exhibited from Paris to Tokyo, made in Florida.

Welcome

Visual dialogues between intuition and structure

Here you can find my carefully selected pieces. My work is rooted in the exploration of material, memory, and gesture. With a background in fine arts and over two decades of international exhibitions, I work in painting, monotype, metal engraving, and sculpture — each piece carrying the traces of the one before it.

The Artist

From Bahia to the Louvre — and to Orlando

Brazilian-born and Florida-based, Maria Kruschewsky has shown her work in museums, biennials, and art fairs across Europe, Asia, and the Americas — including the Salon d'Art Contemporain at the Louvre, the International Printmaking Biennial of the Douro in Portugal, and exhibitions in New York, Tokyo, and Miami.

Her process embraces repetition, layering, and intuitive gesture: a dialogue between control and chance, permanence and transformation.

A Monthly Ritual

The Studio Circle

Every month, a parcel leaves Maria's Orlando studio for a small circle of collectors: an exclusive signed art print, a sticker sheet, postcards from recent work — and, some months, a surprise like an enamel pin or a hand-picked bookmark. Not merch. A monthly connection to her creative world.
